The residential house and apartments for vacation, as is the owner's home, are placed in an enormous and well-tended park with old trees. A striking “jewel“ amongst the trees is a 200 years old Ladonia (Celtis australis). Time spent in the gardens provides new experiences. The 6,000 m2 estate is surrounded by a natural stone wall within which the private parking area is situated. |

You can use the covered terrace as a place for barbecues or use the original traditional wood-burning stone oven. The Moll family, who are the owners and the hosts of “Stancija 1904“, provide breakfast or half-board (dinner). As their guests, allow the hosts to surprise you with special seasonal menus. With their menus they offer accompanying wine from the Istrian vineyards. |

The residential house has two floors and has a total of 100m2 living space. |

On the ground floor the kitchen is to be found, which is fully equipped with a table for meals. The cooking stove has 4 rings and an oven. A large refrigerator with a separate deep freezer and a dishwasher make work easier. |

Alongside the comfortable living room, you have your own personal view to the gardens through the furnished terrace. In addition the children's room is on the ground floor with two bunk beds (4 beds 90cm x 200cm) and has its private bathroom. |

The top floor has two comfortable bedrooms. Each bedroom has a large 180cm x 200cm bed with a orthopaedic mattress, bed drawers, clothes wardrobe and its own private bathroom. |
