Travellers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland are required to have their passports or personal I.D. cards for a stay of up to three months. Children under the age of 16 must be included in a parent's passport or have a children's identity card. |

Compulsory lights and zero blood alcohol limit in Croatia from 20th August 2004 |

Drivers of motor vehicles in Croatia will have to totally abstain from alcohol in future. Until now the legal limit for blood alcohol content was 0.5‰. The new law stipulates 0.00‰ blood alcohol limit. |

Drivers must now have their lights turned on during the day (dipped). Lights are compulsory on all roads, within and outside of populated areas. |

Petrol Stations |

|
Petrol stations are open from 7.00 – 20.00 hours and during the tourist season until 22.00 hrs. In bigger cities and on international routes, petrol stations are open 24 hours. The following petrol is available: Eurosuper 95, Eurosuper 98, Super 98, normal petrol and diesel petrol. |
